The air conditioner was not adjustable and it was so cold at night and mornings, called and could not get anyone to answer or call us back. The pool and the hot tub was dirty. The hot tub was cold with not heat available.

Our boys called this the "Holiday House". This was our first family trip to Florida and was the perfect spot for our family! We are already planning our next trip back here!

We stayed at this home because of location and pool. The pool will cost you $ to heat it. The linens must have been 10 plus years old. There is no 4th bedroom. 4th bedroom is a study with a hutch for clothing. You are not allowed to change air conditioning temp. Most bedrooms had light bulbs that were out or missing. These things are easily remedied.

Mixed Experience - Great Potential
Positive Aspects: 1. Safe and Family-Friendly Neighborhood: Located in a safe, quiet, and family-friendly neighbourhood. 2. Amenities: Proximity to food, grocery, and pharmacy locations was convenient. The games room and the Mickey Mouse room were great. Night lights in the Mickey room were appreciated. 3. Layout and Accessibility: Loved the bungalow layout and the access to the bathroom right from the pool deck. 4. Well-Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in. Newer BBQ was a plus. Negative Aspects: 1. Conflicting Rules and Limited Resources: Some rules, like garbage disposal and laundry load restrictions, were fair but lacked the resources to complete to task. (Eg: No plastic in dishwasher / No dish soap provided. Don’t leave more than 2 loads of laundry / Not enough laundry pods given. Etc) 2. Pool and Spa Issues: Despite paying an additional fee for pool heating, restrictions on usage times and temperature limits (heat/spa turns off at 8pm or below 55F) were frustrating. The pool's cleanliness, with visible algae, was disappointing. Overall Impressions: I wanted this to be a 5Star VRBO, but our experience was impacted by the negative aspects noted above. More basic supplies and fixing the pool heating issues would significantly enhance the overall experience. Recommendation: It’s a great house - Just come prepared with extra ‘basics’ (eg toilet paper) and be sure to request that the pool is cleaned before you arrive.

This home had sufficient space, amenities, and a lovely pool area. There were plenty of chairs and lounges around the pool area to space out and relax. The garage was filled with fun activities. All bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were plentiful!

Lovely Home!
A perfect spot for our young family in a nice quiet neighbourhood. It is close to all the parks and attractions as well as grocery stores, pharmacy, gas stations and restaurants. It was so nice after a big day at the parks to come back and enjoy the beautiful pool and spa! We will definitely be returning next year! Highly recommend!

Heel fijn huis net iets buiten de drukte van Orlando. Net iets te ver weg van Disney/Universal maar als je daar niet voor komt dan echt een top lokatie in een mooie wijk (niet afgesloten). Supermarkt dicht bij, voldoende keuzes van restaurants. Veel ruimte is een huis en heel fijn zwembadn. Geweldige tijd gehad. We komen graag terug!

June vacation
My family and I recently stayed at this house fir a week in June. It fit my wife and I, our 7 year old and my parents comfortably. My daughter enjoyed the ease of being able to hop in the pool every day. We liked the proximity to several local attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and would consider going back.

Beautiful, convenient home
We spent 5 nights at this home over Thanksgiving weekend. We would absolutely stay here again as it was a beautiful home with tons of space for our party of 5 with everytjing being very clean and well maintained. The pool and lanai were beautiful, as was the rest of the home. Large, spacious rooms. Great location, was only a 20 minute drive to the Disney area and plenty of stores, restaurants, etc in the immediate 2-3 mile area. Loved it so much better than staying on Disney property. So much room to move, while being able to spread out around the pool and not fight crowds on the days you don't go to parks. 5/5 all the way.

Great home away from all the crowds
We very much enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean and well maintained. Very quiet neighborhood away from all the theme park noise and traffic. Pool was fantastic and very private overlooking green belt. The drive to Disney is about 20 minutes on a non-commute time. Super easy and would recommend this property - definitely would stay here again.

Great vacation rental
This property nice and relaxing. Stayed for a week with my 5 year old and my in-laws. It fit all of our needs and more. Close to all of the parks and many other attractions. I would totally recommend this house and consider renting again if we go back for vacation.

The house was lovely - well kept and clean, with lots of room and fully-supplied kitchen utensils. Pool was great - lovely and private. We didn't need the heating (in Aug) as it was great to have the cool water as a break from the sun. Location is a long trek from the parks, but we knew that and it's what we wanted - the neighbourhood is great too.

Five star property !!!!! Highly recommended!
If you are looking to stay in the Orlando area with your family, this home is perfect! We travel every year with our kids and love making memories that will last a lifetime. We have stayed at both the Disney and Universal resorts in the last five years and yes they were fun, however we wanted a more relaxing atmosphere to relax after a long day in the sun at the parks. This house was exactly what we were looking for, nothing beats having your own pool with no closing time, we enjoyed the privacy and view from the pool without the worry of it being closed after returning from the parks. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We visited Disney Springs, Universal City walk, Volcano Bay and did a little shopping in Kissimmee as well. Everything was just minutes away and very easy to get to. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need nearby, groceries, pharmacy and gas stations and so much more are all just down the road. As a mother of two with many family vacations under my belt. I highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

Comfortable, Convenient, and so Perfect for us!!
This property is wonderful. It was very clean, beds super comfortable, neighborhood delightful, and very convenient to all of the Disney activities we experienced. We loved starting and ending our day around and in the pool. An added bonus was the convenience to groceries, and enjoyable restaurants near by. This property lacked nothing.
