"Someone was mugged standing by the main lobby door while waiting for a car service to arrive to take them to dinner. Prior to seeing this, I told my husband that I did not feel safe when i walked from the suggested parking ramp back to the buidling. The general area surround this hotel has gotten less safe over the past few years."

"Room was clean and nice. Showed parking but it was extra $25 per night which was disappointing since cost was hidden well. Pool had way too much chlorine. Eyes watered in first two minutes. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Crosby for my husband's birthday. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, the rooms were clean and the staff was above and beyond. The drinks at the hotel bar were amazing! And you can't beat the hot tub on the roof in winter."

"Quick 2 minute walk to the Excel for a PWHL game. Great bar restaurant right next door. The breakfast in the morning had many options and was good. We loved that you had to use room key to enter hotel and elevators, felt secured. "

"I had a simple room and a decent stay. Two areas that could have been better for me: 1) the toilet in my room had a narrow drain and clogged four times during my stay; 2) I have a bad back and asked, as I departed, if there was a luggage cart and was told no. This would have been helpful to me. Overall, I appreciated the service and accommodations this hotel provided. Thank you!"
