"Excellent communication with the staff and Jess who got us checked in easily over phone and text. The property is a gem situated along a quiet stretch hwy 160 with a private pond and hiking trails. The rooms are updated with kitchens and a living space with a lot of space for our family of four to stretch out. I’d highly reccomend high creek lodge and will be back next trip to Pagosa springs. "

"Staff in ALL areas of this property were super friendly. I wish i had know ahead of time the difference in the "classic" rooms versus the other options. The classic rooms are in a very old building with creaky floors and noisy ac/heat. The walls are super thin and you can hear neighbors talking like they are in the same room with you. It would have been worth it to pay the big jump up in rates to get in a better building. "

The hotel is simple to find. It is a newly built, very modern hotel and is more like a studio apparent then a traditional hotel which my family and I prefer."

"We loved everything about this home. Kitchen with everything you need for cooking and serving a large group. The bedding was very comfortable. The kids loved the games, pool table, and ping pong table. We loved all the sitting areas near the windows for our morning coffee. The heated floors were an awesome bonus.
