'The Loft Down Under' is in the basement facing Pagosa's main street. It’s just a short walk across the street to the World-Famous Hot Springs Pool and Hot Tubs. It is an open loft with a king-size log bed. We also have two couches that can fold down. Enjoy the 50-inch HD DirecTv, comfortable furnishings, and cooking in the retro kitchen with all new LG appliances. Stay downtown within walking distance of everything on Main Street.

Great location
We had a great stay in the Loft Down Under. The location can't be beat and the loft was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We were within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants, shops and, of course, The Springs. We never made it to the movies, but the theater is so close we could smell the popcorn! I would definitely stay here again.

Quaint and just perfect for a small family
We came from Oklahoma and stayed at the loft for our 2018 Thanksgiving so we could spend time with our son who is attending college at UCCS. It is perfectly nestled right in front of the hot springs and next to the movie theatre. The kitchen is modern and had all the amenities needed for a full fledge meal for hungry skiers coming from Wolf Creek. If we come back to Pagosa, we will definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect ski vacation
We had a very comfortable stay at the loft. We have two very tall teenagers that slept comfortably on the futons and air mattress lots of bedding for them. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meals and morning coffee. The washing machine and dryer were extremely helpful with all the snow the town and mountains got during our stay. Close to everything you need in town.

Pros and Cons of Loft Down Under
Pagosa Springs was wonderful and we liked it much. Property had pros and cons. Pros- Location Location Location. Best stocked kitchen where we have stayed so far. Comfortable bed. Cons- Listing says one bedroom, but really it is a large studio. No interior dividing walls around bed at all. Only one stairwell window which did not allow for much airflow at all and this window was dirty and dusty. For seating we had 2 faux leather futons and 4 bar stools near counter and 4 old dining table chairs. No cushy sitting chairs. One small wall air conditioner which we had to run whole time we were there but still felt rather stuffy. 4 out of 5 stars.

We love PS. And this place is right in the middle of it all! Jacque was great and responded immediately with a solution with a small issue we encountered while there. It does get a bit warm in the afternoon and evening as no AC is installed. But not enough to make it uncomfortable for long.
