"The hotel facility itself was great , was clean and staff courteous. What wasn’t great was the transportation system. One of the reason we booked this hotel was the availability of a shuttle bus. However, we were informed after the booking that the transportation was only available during select times.. 3 hours after we arrived after a 20 hour flight. Waiting 3 hours was not acceptable. We ended up renting a vehicle just to go to the hotel any having to pay for parking. This added expense,...

"Hotel was nice and clean with a friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the location as it felt like it was the "heart" of San Francisco, with Chinatown being about a 20 minute walk. However some folks might not like how close it is to the tenderloin district. Seeing quite a few unhoused folks on the streets is pretty sad, but it was also good to talk to the locals about the real issues of the city.
