"We enjoyed the hotel but would have liked a fridge and maybe a microwave. The water pressure was minimal. Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and helpful."

"This property is in a great location central to the hustle and bustle of Columbia. The issue I have with this property is that there are several people that live there that make the entire property their home. Not much you can do about it because they are in the common areas, but I did watch this dude‘s dog piss on the wall and that’s not something we want to see his dog because we are already limited as it is and that just makes it bad for everybody."

"Pluses - It's a good value for your money if the main thing you need from the hotel is a place to stay. The rooms seemed really clean and are decorated in very good taste. The staff was super nice at all times, which has a lot of weight of course. Minuses - if view is important for your experience this probably isn't the place for you. All we saw from the window is a train rail that was like 20 feet from the hotel, which brought another problem of train passing by loudly every hour or so...

The female front desk agent was so accommodating and friendly, compared to the male front desk agent that doesn’t look at you while I’m talking but continues to look at the computer. Not interested in looking at the customer except probably when it’s blonde. Breakfast is superb."

"This was an easy place in re: to check-in and check-out. The staff was friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. Only issue was toothpaste spatter from previous guests on the back of the bathroom door."
