"Property design is perfect for mountain setting. The rooms are like you are staying in a log cabin all wood tongue and grove boards on the wall. Pictures on website. The room was clean, had good lighting, bathroom was nice with good lighting also. Room was quiet from inside and outside noise. The continental breakfast was basic muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt and juice. The coffee was very good. Staff extremely nice and helpful. We will be back next time in Blue Ridge!"

"The room was very clean. It was quiet as well. Seemed safe enough, never felt otherwise. No frills and fluff. Just a clean room with clean linens and a clean bathroom. Staff that we encountered were all polite. If you are looking for a basic place to stay, this will be more than sufficient. The biggest concern is that coming off the interstate, you can't left hand turn in off of the main road. And turning out, lefthand turns aren't doable unless you cut through one of the restaurants to the left of the main exit of the hotel. Again, no real complaints here. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice, clean, quiet place. Friendly staff. The bed was a bit uncomfortable hence the lower score. Not sure if that was just the mattress in our room, if it was just not what we are used to or what? Someone else may think it's the most comfortable. Also, even though the place is kept nice and clean, you could tell it had a little wear & tear from use and age. Overall, we would stay here again and hope for a different mattress."
