"Susan and Ly were amazing. As someone who speaks broken mandarin, they assisted me in planning my next day’s itinerary and when my apps for ordering food did not work, they used their own to assist me. The facility is nice up until the washroom. The sewage design was not thought out properly. The air conditioning and shower is good. The hotel is a little far from a metro station but taxis are cheap so it doesn’t really matter. The bed was quite hard."
