"Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. Better than most, would have gave it 5 stars but there was a sewer smell coming from outside right beneath our window. Not if this is common, could be just something that happens that night, but overall very satisfied with the stay."

"Hotel experience was pleasant overall. We had a couple of issues though: on Monday evening the hot water went out so we couldn't get a nice shower. Also, the dryer in the guest laundry was VERY inefficient. It took 2+ hours to dry each load (we only had 2 loads). Otherwise, we were happy. Breakfast was great, plenty of variety. The Lady managing the dining room and food was very sweet. She kept everything neat and tidy and food replenished! "

Actually ended up booking the 2nd day last minute and ended booking again with a different room the 2nd time....I decided to come back because we had a nice experience there despite some of the nad reviews. I had driven around the property and went inside the lobby to check the place outside BEFORE actually booking since some of the reviews sounded a little scary. LISA at the front desk was awesome and took good care of me and made sure my rooms both times were clean, and...
