Why was I put in a room on the noisy side of the hotel overlooking the road when the hotel was empty literally. "Everyone at the Ascot was very friendly and helpful. There is one staff member who speaks perfect English and another who speaks French very well. The AC in the room worked well, and there was a good amount of food for a continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable and the place is near several restaurants. I would stay here again. "
