"Very clean room and extremely close to the airport, which was our goal. It was hard to find good food in the area, but we did our best. The instructions were easy to follow and we appreciated the location."

"My son and I really enjoyed our two night stay at Nap Guest house. We were welcomed warmly and got into our room early which was great after an early flight. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning unit is a little noisy. The location was perfect for us and despite being central it was quiet. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Very nice freshly made coffees and the staff were excellent. Would definitely recommend. "

"Lovely property, well kept and in the centre of everything even though it was quiet. Only problem was that Reception (and booking in) was on the other side of town and we couldn’t get hold of them when we had a problem operating the safe. Would stay here again though."

"Excellent place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly and provides all the assistance needed. The homemade breakfast was fantastic!"

"I liked the staff at this property, they were super friendly and helpful. I also liked the location, not too far from the centre to walk and in a nice neighbourhood. It was a little strange to access - through a dark alley and in an old lift. The room was ok, nothing special. Clean and functional. No real English channels on the TV unless you pay or log into apps. Breakfast again was ok. Overall it was fine as a b&b, nothing special but it served a purpose given the price "

"Check in is at 3pm. I booked my flight 1st and not my hotel. So I was due to come in at 10am. I thought there would be a place to sit and be comfortable while I wait. The hotel is just rooms, which is fine, I just wasn't aware. Once there, one of the cleaners was rushing to clean up our room which was fine. I'd rather it be spotless than okay and rushed. "This was a central location and the room itself was very comfortable and provided easy access to the station, which is what I wanted. The owner was amazingly helpful but it would have been nice to actually see her (everything is provided for you to check-in). Personally, I prefer dealing with people face-to-face when I first arrive but it will suit a lot of people who have no issues with that."

"We opted for airport transfer and that was well worth it. The hotel is only 50 meters from Via Toledo. Rafael greeted us street side and brought our luggage to the lift and got is situated in our nice room. Located at the heart of old town Naples, it is right where you want to be. With the holiday, All Saints Day, the city was hopping, it was an amazing experience. Paola and her husband made sure we had everything we needed and arranged for our car to take us to our next stop, Sorrento. "

"The proprietor, Federico, is wonderful and answered all of our questions. He will line up transportation from airport if you want and it’s cheaper than a taxi. He directed us to transportation to Pompeii, etc. and lined up a driver for us on one day. This part of Naples felt very safe. "Great location very comfortable room and delicious breakfast, staff was very friendly. A little confusing on arrival finding where the hotel was exactly and how to get into the building. The only signage is on the call button, there is a very small door into the courtyard of the building and the hotel is located on the 4th floor. "

"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "

"We arrived early, and the hotel was kind enough to store our luggage in their secure deposit room. Antonio at the front desk was helpful—he not only gave us a detailed city map but also highlighted the must-see attractions, which was a great touch. The rest of the team made our check-in process seamless and even accommodated our request regarding with the mattress situation. The hotel itself was spotless, with the lobby, public restrooms, and our room all exuding a pleasant, fresh scent. The location is good—just a short walk from both the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. Considering the affordable price we paid, I think this hotel offers great value for its location, cleanliness, and helpful service. Highly recommend!"

"The service here is second to none. The staff from meeting you at the front desk (Luigi) to everyone who works there, just welcoming and assisting. Mauro, our new friend, you were the best, most awesome driver and so appreciative of the way you helped us around Naples. We hope to come back and spend more time here. The area is a little out of the way, but we found some lovely little eateries nearby and the free shuttle service and taxi options are very suitable and met our needs perfectly."
