The biulding is old and needs a fresh coat of paint and there is no real noise barriers from other rooms. But, while not perfect, we did enjoy and would return."

"Great staff, friendly and helpful. Always spotlessly clean. My room had a door onto the balcony on the famed Duval Street which was a great way to watch the Holiday Parade. The balcony is also where the complimentary breakfast is served. I was fortunate enough to have coffee making facilities and a microwave in my room but it was nice seeing the city wake up as you took your first coffee. "The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my stay. The location was very good, a comfortable 10 minute stroll to Duval St. but in a quiet area."

"The hotel is right where all the action is on Duvall street. First timers need to prepared to deal with parking challenges. The room would have been perfect for just a couple but all in all served our family of four very well."
