"Conveniently located and the unit was in good condition. A perfect choice for a quick trip to the beach. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if there is better access to clothes washers and dryers. None in the unit and several of the buildings communal units were out of order. This was not a problem for us as we were only there for a few days, but with beach gear, it would be hard for a week long stay. "

"The house was clean, conveniently located and had plenty of room for everyone. Many little niceities; beach towels, bath towels, well appointed kitchen, games, foosball and shuffleboard! These games helped since we dealt with hurricane Debbie! I'd only recommend a place to secure beach stuff. Other than that, very pleased! "

"This little house nestled among the condos is just the right thing for a pleasant stay at the beach. That includes a well-stocked kitchen if you are determined to cook. If you decide not to cook there are many good restaurants in Carolina Beach. The house is within a few yards of the Atlantic, and the porch view will take your breath away with 180 degrees of ocean. You access the beach via a public walkway two or three houses down the street, or if you are a skinny Minnie you can squeeze through...

"The location was perfect. The beach was right across the road. I liked the covered parking. The AC never came below 73 so it stayed pretty warm. The washer would not spin the water out of the clothes completely so clothes would not dry. The inside was clean though."
