"We booked this condo to use as a home base while we saw our extended family for Thanksgiving. The property had everything we needed for simple meal prep, and our dogs were happy with the scenery from the back porch. We watched the sunrise every morning-directly in front of the porch. We were able to walk on the north end with the dogs every day-wide open spaces, and much needed relaxing time. "

"We were visiting family a few blocks from this property for Thanksgiving. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and well-equipped. The beach view is marvellous and it was a treat to go out directly to the beach for a sunrise walk everyday and to have coffee in the large and comfortable living room area with the ocean in view. There were no significant problems and Barbara was quick to respond helpfully. Highly recommended."

"We had a great stay at this property. It is exactly as expected in pictures and we had everything we needed from cookware to linens. The furniture is a little dated but it was fine because we had two little kids who could care less and we were always moving. The location is perfect we could walk to everything we needed. The beach was not crowded at all. The communication with property management was okay. They emailed me before our trip asking if we wanted to book an extra day since it was open...

"Carolina Beach in the winter is a hidden gem and so was this ocean front property! Perfect location right on the beach and close to the boardwalk. We will be back!"

"The accommodations were very much as described. The view was amazing and absolutely oceanfront. Location was great. We took our bikes so we were able to ride just a few minutes to get to some nightlife. Also, a ten minute walk to Freeman Park where our lab was able to run without a leash. Walked for 4 miles on Freeman Park Beach which was great. Beautiful out there. Would have liked to have walked to Freeman Park on the beach but some of the beachfront between our place and Freeman Park...

"Wonderful ocean views, good beach access, nice pool. Great location, walked to the boardwalk area twice (little over one mile walk). Tap water does smell bad, bring plenty of bottled water as well as your own paper products and trash bags. Be advised 3 flights up and back each time (wife wasn't thrilled) but it she hung in there. Overall, its an older place but well maintained. I'd stay there again."

"The view and location are perfect! The property is well kept and clean. Jason was awesome to work with and made everything easy. The beds, linens towels, and pillows were super comfy and the total package made our week long visit perfect! It was awesome park the car for the whole week and to be able to walk everywhere we needed to go! We will definitely be back!"
