"Property did not have amenities advertised such as the gym, spa, or air conditioning. The staff gave excuses why they didn’t have. Like, there’s a gym 2 miles away, we can call someone to give a massage, or the AC doesn’t work due to top secret agreements with B&Bs in the area before June to save them money. No no.
