"Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok. "

"This is family owned hotel. Very pilote and kind people. CRIS and her father Pedro and younger brother which i dont know the name are very helpful. The mother works in the cafeteria breakfast is very nice and kind as well. Its very rate that i meet this awesome service The hotel double room cost less than $20 if you book over a month in advanceadvance."

"Great and friendly staff. Always on hand. The shower facilities need improvement and possibly directions on the taps as there are 4 but it was a good shower once I figured out how to do it. Sun lounging area was great and spacious too. Beds were comfortable."

The only thing about the library to read at night it is missing the light and the connection for the wall is not Brazilian. the light stand is not the Brazilian style it look like the brought it from another country it needs a wall adapter and put a new light bulb. "

"Basic hotel with not a lot of amenities. Clean room, bed, shower, internet. Nothing fancy but a place to get some rest. Avoid room 11 as it's near the rear entrance and the kitchen area. I can get noisy since people are just outside your window."
