"While I was there, water heater went out and door lock was very uncooperative. The host was responsive and got both replaced. The only other issue was that I stayed while temperatures outside reached over 100 degrees. Even with circulation fans, the A/C wasn't enough. Needs insulation. "

"This location was perfect for our visit to a Springville wedding. Comfortably accommodated our group with three bedrooms and roomy kitchen. It offered a patio with plenty of seating, and a dining table, with a beautiful view and decorative outside lighting. The WIFI was great and TV had lots of options. "Cute little place to stay that was affordable and near a local wedding venue. My only bit to improve upon is lighting the entrance for guests once the sun goes down. Otherwise it’s very quaint and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend going to visit The Giant Sequoia Park when visiting! "
