When I needed something, they were very kind and speedy with request. Room was very clean and comfortable for most part. Beds were bit soft for me but not hotels fault. "The person on duty was super helpful and friendly. She was the only person working over the holidays yet she remained friendly and professional. I enjoyed our conversation at check in. The room was clean and well maintained."

"I wish the TVs either had a CD player or streaming options, just a little outdated and small for my taste. I also had no luck connecting to the WiFi but that could’ve just been my phone messing up, we only stayed one night so it wasn’t a big deal. I want to say thanks to Corei, She was very nice and helpful through text when we wanted a few more pillows. Overall a good stay (we came in off season) "

"The bed was amazing, the room was great. My only complaint is tge door gaps, making every little sound in the hallway be heard in each room. I highly suggest putting a cudhion around the doors to the rooms."
