"I just needed an inexpensive place to stay while I was in the area doing a performance at a show. The room was fine, although the first one I'd ever stayed in that didn't have a closet nor any place to hang my clothing. But what bugged me was their policy that every guest had to pay a $100 deposit--I had to pay even though I had paid for the room in full in advance of my visit. How can I know for sure that they will refund it? I've stayed at a lot of hotels and motels, and have never...

So hospitable and gracious. Stayed here the nights before and after backpacking in Desolation Wilderness. Highly recommend."
