"Over priced for a 3 star 'room only' hotel. Much better value elsewhere.I would not recommend the 'hotel' but Las Palmas is a lovely city & would recommend staying-just not at the Maresia.Because I felt it was overpriced for what was received, had to give a below average rating. "Nice carracter property and supportive set up . Great location central although sometimes a bit street noisy. Felt the kitchen was very basic and quite low on essentials and no staff on site beside the cleaners. Recommended it"

Санузел просторный, есть фен, шампунь, гель. Уютная и большая терраса на крыше, где предоставляли завтраки. Можно было поужинать, рядом большой супердино. "Really great location. Right in the middle of the promenade. Lots of shops and restaurants/bakeries/coffee shops. You can walk for 5k either direction. Very clean and large apartment- we had sea view. Very well equipped. Toiletries provuded daily. Small kitchen area with everything that you need. Smart Tv. Definitely recommend. "The location is excellent. The beach is a straight 5 minute walk away. The bed was OK with a thin blanket supplied. I wouldn't call the bedding appropriate as I created my own pillow with my clothing. I've never seen such a flat pillow. There is a rooftop terrace with some chairs to catch a few rays of sun. The room is very basic which is reflected in the price. "
