"Check in was very informative Re: new Pet Policy that we should have reserved by phone so that we were put into a pet room. We were allowed to stay in the room they had selected. Our TV froze the last evening there- it never worked well and did not work well with the remote anyway. The air conditioner only cooled the room to 72 with the curtains closed. "
