"Great location! We loved the atmosphere, cleanliness, and comfort! 10/10"

"We loved the great-room just off the dining/kitchen area, as well as the boat dock for lounging and kayaking. Used the patio for grilling and campfire with s'mores. The location at the north end of the lake is a convenient launching point for area attractions. Couldn't really use the spare sitting room as a bedroom, but fortunately we didn't need it. Had a few minor issues, but the owner/host was very responsive. "

"This was THE perfect spot for one last hurrah/downtime before the school year and sports pick back up. It was remote and quiet with cover water access and kayaks. Everything in the kitchen works beautifully and their is plenty of beds and space to spread out. We really enjoyed our stay"

"My family and I spent one night at this cute lake house. The house is fantastic—new, very clean, and well-equipped with toiletries, snacks, coffee, and creamers, plenty of towels, blankets, and games. The WiFi connection was reliable, contributing to an enjoyable stay. We had a great time overall despite very cold and windy weather. The communication with the owner was excellent, especially when we had questions about entering and locking the house on our way out."

"The property is very nice. I loved the sunken hot tub which meant it was easy to get in and out. It’s on the screened porch which I bet will be very helpful when bug season is here. My 6’2” husband was concerned about the sloping ceiling in the bedroom but no skulls were bonked. The kitchen is a little tight for more than one person but all the necessary equipment was available. The hosts were very communicative. We look forward to booking again."

"Loved the 3 bedroom/3 bath layout. It allowed for such individual privacy at the same time, the common area to be together. Also liked that it was a smaller hotel. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Anna."

"A group of us rented this property for a weekend of relaxing on the lake, playing board games, and catching up. The property worked well for us but there were a number of minor issues (closet door out of tracks, grill not working, an no sheets for one of the beds). I tried reaching out to the number provided for cleaning and linens but no one answered nor returned any of my calls so I ended up having to buy my own sheets for the weekend and adjust our grilling plans to cook inside.
