"We're not sure how often the sheets get inspected and cleaned but the room we stayed in was dirty. When we flipped the flannel top over so we could sleep, we saw crusted white splotches all over. We couldn't see anything on the brown fleece but the flat sheet underneath had pubic hair on a few spots. We ended up using towels as pillow covers in case and our sleeping bag as a sheet. The hand towel was stained as well. The bed was stiff and kept us awake. It was already past their office hours...

"Needed a dog friendly rental for our July 4th weekend vacation and Chip’s home worked out so perfectly - you never know if a dog friendly place will mean rundown/unkempt so it’s always a gamble. Chip’s home was spotless - even the deck where I did am yoga was cobweb and dust free. The home itself is within walking distance of downtown - even in the sweltering heat we hit Mini-golf and the community pool (saltwater!) and fabulous breakfast burritos.
