"Asked for new towels. Was told they would bring them to the room but they never did. Room smelled of cat urine. I had to ask for blankets. No trash can.Heater not working. Holes in the curtains. Black mold on bathroom vent. Looking condemnable in the room. Garbage all over the yard next to the dumpster. Parking lot full of old oil on the ground from cars. "

"Condition of room not good. Dresser drawers don't stay closed. Drip in kitchen faucet and leaks near bathroom faucet, countertop has chip as well as a few other things. Not updated and need of repairs. Friendly and helpful staff checking in. Easy walk to Riverwalk. Parking for one night included."

"Bathtub did not drain well at all. Halls and stairs needed to be vacuumed. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee machine in breakfast area was pretty bad. Community coffee pot had much better coffee. "

"Don’t get me wrong. The room was very nice and all the staff was very nice but it was a little noisy outside. A lot of people hanging out in the parking lot and the hotel next to us was pretty rough looking but I was so tired that I slept really, really good. Nothing wrong with the hotel. I stayed at. I felt a little unsafe going in and out of the room, only because I was by myself, and there were quite a few people hanging around outside that looked a little sketchy."
