"We had a great family stay at this property. The house is located a block from the beach - on the same street as a small public beach access area. The house is set up well with a kitchen that has everything you need. The mattresses were very comfortable. We all appreciated the elevator for carrying luggage and groceries, or if we were tired at the end of the day. The property description mentions that beach chairs, etc. are available, but we couldn't find any. No big deal as we brought our own,...

"This is not a complaint as I realize this is a new house. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived and the house had no hot water. I took care of both problems myself but you might want to Check before renting the house. The kitchen could also use more utensils and such. "
