Ocean Front WiFi, Pet Friendly, HDTV, Balcony Overlooking Ocean!

Ocean Front House, Modern floor plan and kitchen with brand new, internet-access Flat Screen TV's in Every Room, Free WiFi. This two-level beach cottage includes high speed internet.

The large deck hosts a gas grill, 3 Adirondack chairs, 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table for morning coffee or afternoon snacks, or sit back, relax and listen to the ocean. The deck is partially covered to provide you with some shade. There is easy, close beach access!. You can see the beach from the deck, and when upstairs in the bedroom balcony - you can see the ocean and beach. Outdoor Shower (hot & cold water) available to wash off sand.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all plates, pots, pans and gadgets so you can can easily whip up a meal from the abundance of fresh, local seafood and produce available on the island. Don't miss the Farmers Market every Monday located a mile from the house.

The master bedroom (located on 2nd floor) has a queen size bed where you will wake up looking out over the ocean! The second upstairs bedroom also has 1 queen bed. Please note the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are rather steep! Downstairs there is a 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds and a 4th bedroom with a queen bed.

Walking distance to City Center with 5 Public Tennis Courts, skate board park, soccer/ball field, new playground, pizza place, ice cream shop, and T-shirt/souvenir beach shop.

A perfect get-away for families and couples any time of year! If you need to de-stress and unwind, then its time for a beach vacation!

This is a Sunday to Sunday weekly rental during the Summer.

Just right

Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It's 100% as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, and for us, really fantastic decks. The one off the upstairs master is a nice bonus. We'd definitely stay here again!

Relax with Tropical Debbie

Celebrated my birthday with my BFF in my happy place. Even with Tropical Storm Debbie we had a relaxing enjoyable stay. Great location with perfect views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach made it perfect to enjoy the sunshine the last four days.

Location is perfect!

The location of this beach house is perfect!! We couldn’t have been happier with the location. It’s a private beach, not crowded, and you’re literally steps away from it. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for our family.

Paradise location!

Adorable Beach Retreat

Such a wonderful property situated directly on the beach. This home has a great deck with plenty of outdoor furniture. The inside is cozy with a beach theme. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Our host exhibited quick and courteous communication. We would definitely return!

Cute house, great location

This is a cute house for a small group. The location is nice and having the beach out back is perfect. Some features were starting to wear and could use some updating, as happens from over use from strangers, but nothing worth not staying here. We had a group of 6 and that was just right for not feeling overcrowded for us! I would recommend.

This place is all about the location. If you are looking for a quiet getaway during off season, this is perfect. If you want to be close to everything during peak, you will have that too.

Family Tradition

Wonderful time on Oak island

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Check in was easy. Contacting the host was very easy and efficient. All questions were answered very quickly. The house was well stocked with all the necessities. The beach access was right off the back of the house. We hadn’t been to Oak island in about 20 years and we were reminded how much we enjoyed it. Wonderful gem on the beach!

This is our 4th visit to Oak Island, and Smooth Sailing is our favorite by far. This cozy, well stocked home right on the beach is a home away from home! The location is great, and the view from the top deck is breathtaking. We can't wait to come back.

Lovely beachfront home

This is a perfect, cozy beachfront home – the home is updated with new styling, but the best parts were the comfy beds, the two decks overlooking the ocean, and the location. The bed rooms have ceiling fans which is handy and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely Beach Getaway

The house is newly renovated and just perfect for our family of four. We had a great week listening to the ocean sounds and relaxing. One thing to note, due to the most recent hurricane, the beach access at the house was blocked but an easy walk three houses down.
