"We had a problem with the bathroom door locking when we closed the door. It looked like it had an issue previously because the door handle looked like it was popped off. When we arrived it was so cold in the room, it took a few hours to warm the room up. I understand trying to save hydro but this was a huge problem because we had to leave to get it warm. "Always friendly staff upon arrival and throughout the stay. Only complaint I would have is the bed, for some reason this particular one was not comfortable. Have stayed several times and never had an issue. I did not bring it up so that’s on me. But overall will stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau and the surroundings are lovely too. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer and I was a little sore in the morning it my husband said it was good. Always a great place to stay though, nice staff too! "
