"The Piccadilly is a great little gem. Room 16 has a wonderful view and had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. A glass a wine on your balcony with a great view topped it off. It is also right across from the park which looked well equipped to keep kids engaged and entertained. Lee the host was very attentive and helpful. The continental breakfast was homemade and delicious. Very convenient location and walked to most everywhere we wanted to go. Check this place out."

"Our check in process was not so smooth because the lady that was assisting us seemed to have some issues with the computer. After waiting for a while, she also was confused on if we made the payment (payment was made in full months prior to our trip). We ended up spending an extra 30 minutes (in addition to the longer period of time spent on check in) in our room to try to connect with someone at Hotels.com to clarify the payment situation. "This probably is a rare occurrence but, I had the whole hostel to myself and loved it😀 It’s right on the Main Street entering Radium. There are regular dorm bunks, and just below them are little tiny private rooms with a sliding door, chain lock, double bed that you can sit up straight in, a night table with a lamp and outlet. Bathrooms were very clean, there was a full kitchen and little balconies if you need fresh air. This place is down the road from an amazing Austrian restaurant, and a 5...

"Room was stuffy smell. It is what you pay for. Having to check in at another hotel was a pain in the ass. Wish we were asked for an upgrade "

"The staff member who checked us in, indicated that (although we had already paid through Expedia) he didn’t have us in the computer. After showing him confirmation emails, he reluctantly gave us a room but said we may have to move when the manager arrives. Fortunately, we did not hear from the manager and fell asleep before the noise began"
