Sadly, this is a property that has been neglected / ignored for many years. Our group booked 4 rooms. All were below cleanliness standards, and there were quite a few and varied repairs needed throughout. There are issues that have obviously been ignored for a very long time. There were tables falling off walls, broken fireplaces, and very unclean rooms. In one room, the stones around the fireplace that fell off were just left there! (At least you could bother to take them away). They say you have a "kitchenette". No you don't. You have a microwave and the usual tiny fridge we see in EVERY hotel. You cannot cook. They don't give you more than two forks, two spoons and two knives. They kindly tell you to do your own dishes - but it is pretty hard when you don't have a way to put water in the sink, or a towel to dry your dishes. We stayed three nights. They never returned to the rooms once in the three days to replace a coffee pods, or ensure the rooms were somewhat in decent shape. Flies in the fixtures in the bathroom. Don't look up in the bathroom to the ceiling fan. It is caked in years of dust. Don't look in a corner anywhere. They haven't seen a vacuum in a very long time. The bathroom walls are streaked with condensation drips and some drips I don't want to do a CSI investigation on. I would never return.

The room was not clean and the bathroom was also dirty. I was surprised to find out that the place no longer was served breakfast the room prices were very high compared to other hotels nearby.

This hotel is just fine. I had to request to get 2 of the 3 beds changed due to dirty sheets, the tv didn’t work…would turn on then turn off frequently, saw a sign for fitness room and never found that when walking around, couch in room lots of crumbs and very uncomfortable, no other place to sit so relaxing in room was not relaxing. Parking was horrible, snow was plowed but not enough for parking to be easy. The lobby wasn’t open until 9 ish so no coffee before that unless you wanted to drive into town to a cafe. The building needs an updating reno and could use a really good deep clean. I wouldn’t stay here again. We were limited on rooms available that fit 5 people but I would drive to Invermere or try another hotel in Radium.

Views unbelievable Property is beautiful but dated and well loved Bed was comfortable, sheets n towels were clean but the rooms need a deep clean. Walls were dirty (think toothpaste splatters), grungy light switches, walls were streaked with drips of coffee or humidity running down the dirty walls, grungy baseboards.

Up on a mountain overlooking Radium, the property had a fantastic view. The suite was spacious. There was a small kitchen with a microwave, mini fridge and sink with a sign stating “wash the dishes if you use them”. Living room with TV and couch and a patio which was lovely for watching then sunset over the mountains. The couch in the living room was broken and the door to the room was difficult to open and we struggled with the key. The bedding was not the most comfortable but we still slept well (bring your own pillows). My husband and I love sauna and chose the Radium Chalet because of the sauna advertised in the hotel amenities list and in the photos. When we arrived at the property, I enquired about where the sauna was located and was informed by the employee that the sauna is no longer is in use (please remove the photos and mention). Overall, not a bad place for the price, but you get what you pay for.

Great little Gem
Fantastic simple but comfortable place up on the hills overlooking radium Hot Springs. Very clean and comfortable and all the amenities I was very very happy and will gladly stay there again that was a first time, but that will be top of my list. Next time I go.

The setting is gorgeous, but the room (bed, room layout) is uncomfortable, the front desk clerk was rude, we seemed to have interrupted something. We WON'T be returning to the Hotel, but we will return to the Hot Springs, we'll just stay somewhere more welcoming.
