"We were under the impression this was a new hotel but maybe it’s just under new management. The property needs a lot of work, the drop ceiling in the outdoor bathroom was completely missing and the bathroom itself looked scary, the gym was being used as storage but still open to use, there was a bunchbof random things in it like a pink kids bike and materials for construction. The check in process took over 20 minutes because “the system wasn’t updating” so they couldn’t find a room for us, the...

"The staff at the front desk and working the breakfast area were tremendous. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were able to watch the big NFL games for the weekend. The next time we’re in Tampa, we know where to stay. "
