"Great affordable lodging in Cranbrook. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed, shower, etc were comfortable. Microwave in the room was convenient. During my stay, the hot tub was out of order. It's dated and some damaged finishings but it's clean. Better than many large hotel chains. I like that the breakfast included is a credit at their restaurant - it's better than your average continental breakfast.
