For example- - animal hair all over the sofas - dirty towel from prior occupant on back of bathroom door - dirty bathroom floor - pot lid dirty with previous occupant’s cooking - used earplugs on bedroom floor Given that the person who was cleaning the unit before our arrival required nearly 30 minutes past the check in time (she gave us the keys at 4:25pm when check in was supposed to be at 4pm) we expected at least a clean unit. "Location was perfect if you want a quick way to get to the mountains yet close enough to main city Calgary if thats what you like. Right close to Stoney Trail which made it super easy to get around. We brought our cycles and paths were very easy to access from here. The unit itself was very new and modern with everything you would ever need. Very easy to get to. Super quiet. Owners were very responsive to any queries."

"This property was not clean. The bathroom floor had not been cleaned - there was long black hair all over it and the rugs on the bathroom floor were not clean. The living room floor next to the sofa bed was dirty. There was a sofa bed but no sheets. When I asked the Host for sheets for the sofa bed snd extra towels he failed to respond. We left 2 days early and booked another property."

"Lovely place to stay! The only thing that was disappointing was that the hot tub was not hot. It had be tripped out and the temperature dropped. We reset it but it didn’t heat up again until the next morning so we sadly didn’t get to use it. So just check it when you first arrive if you’re hoping to use it! Otherwise it was amazing. Cozy bed and the place warmed up very fast! We also loved the fire pit out back. Made for a relaxing stay. "
