"PROS Property location is awesome, in the center of everything. Very clean in general. I did step on some form of nail/needle on the floor which I left for review. CONS The nail thing was not awesome. Biggest issue was the fact there is no air conditioning. This may be normal for Calgary but when we arrived the temperatures were extreme. First night was pretty bad. Air Conditioning would make this property exceptional. "

"The appartment was sparkling clean and had lots of unexpected gadgets (air fryer, air cleaner, height adjustable desk) but on the other hand was missing some more basic amenities ( only 2 knives, 4 forks, 1 dishwasher tab..) Communication before the stay was very difficult/slow but once our arrival was pressing everything went smooth and quickly. I’d recommend staying here but for a 5 star stay would hope they make some minor adjustments."

"This was a great place to stay. Close enough to Banff to drive back and forth. Didn’t feel like a basement. Only issue we had was the hard bed and squeaky doors. I found no email address to communicate with property manager without creating another login account. Received communication via no reply emails. "
