The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room had everything I needed and breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. "Excellent location. Close to bus station and in the heart of Old Town with amazing shopping and restaurant options. Best part of hotel was the very friendly and helpfuf staff. I arrived early and my room was not ready so my luggage was stored and I was given a tag to retrieve. I had a lovely walk in the area and when I returned, my luggage was already in my room, which was wonderful because there is no elevator/lift. I cannot say enough about the kind and helpful staff!
