"What a wonderful property !! I stayed in the 8th floor (all female dorm) and it was clean and very quiet. They had amenities (aside from toothpaste) in the washrooms so you don’t need to bring anything if you don’t need. "Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. "I was worried the hotel room would be too small but it was actually great! It had big windows that faced the street so it felt bigger. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. The people who worked there were super friendly! Location is about 15 mins walk from Shibuya station and crossing area, so a little off the beaten Ebisu is like 10 mins walk which is a really cool neighborhood. We really loved it there!"
