"The room I received was one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It was a standard room. I realize it was November, the off season, but the rate was very reasonable as well. "Sorry, perhaps I didn’t quite get what this hotel is all about but I expected better. The room smelled absolutely awful. The furniture was worn. The “view” was mangled by the rusting exterior fire escape. Parking was not convenient. There was nothing within immediate walking distance. Worst stay in our month-long roadtrip through Japan. Trust me, you can do better."

"Great for going to Seaworld, everything else is average. Quite old fashioned, could do with modern makeover. One complaint I have is that the price of 3 years child is not added to the total price when making booking. It's not only until after paying for the reservation that I receive an email from the hotel that there is an extra charge for 3 years old child. This is totally unacceptable, I am ok for this extra charge but this should be noted in advance, not after I have paid the non-refundable...
