"The lounge was good. The bed was good. Dirty marks on linen/pillow cases. No tea towel. No milk for tea or coffee. Holes in under the window. Dirty marks on walls."

"Great location. Apartment reached expectations. Only issue that I arrived early from international flight if 12 hours duration. Asked them if I can get in the apartment when I was just an hour and half earlier than the check in time. But there was no cooperation had to wait outside with my luggage until time reached. "

"First impressions on driving up were worrying, as the exterior is poor, with the front littered with cigarette butts, and no parking (a sign on the wall would be helpful as it look as though you can park there). The room though was a good size & very clean with a good shower, plenty of channels on the TV including streaming. had a good nights sleep which is the main thing though so that's okay "

"Such a bad check in. Took 15-20 minutes to get me into the room, which was terrible. Pictures on adverts did not represent the place. Shared bathroom with no toilet seat. Just such a bad experience. I prepaid for 2 nights and paid for another hotel second night so I didn’t have to stay. "

"A good property clean tidy well maintained. Although i was a little put out with 100gbp deposite in case i smoked had a party etc. Overall a very good property . Area is a little ruff kids on moterbikes no helmets etc but i had a drink in the local club watched england and walked back without any problems. Overall a nice secure place to stay "

Let’s start with the communication of the “hotel” asked several times for check in details finally got it a couple hours before on text. Then getting there when inside the hallways smelt terrible we then entered the room where it smelt of smoking. The toilet did not flush and was dirty.
