"For the price we paid for three nights, it wasn't too bad at all. The hotel's in an old industrial warehouse, and they've kept some of the original features, like the old shutters by the lift and the stone floor in reception. Reception has the desk, and then steps to the left lead to a small area with coffee and vending machines. There are four floors with about 20 rooms each, a mix of single, double, and twin. We had a double room on the third floor. Our room had exposed brick, and two windows...

"Above all else just really friendly and helpful staff. The two bedroom apartment was good and served our needs for a 3 night stay well. The shower brilliant. A few little things could be improved like the mattress and ensuing tea towels and toaster in room but this does not detract from the excellent overall experience."

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."
