"The staff was real friendly. The room was not very clean. There was long hair on the shower curtains. The towels were not washed real well. There were stains and hair on the towels as well as the sheets and blankets. The bed is not comfortable and the frame is metal so getting up in the middle of the night and trying to find your slippers is challenging if you're trying not to wake up everyone else in the room. "

"The staff were very friendly & helpful. The bed was super comfortable - always had a peaceful night’s sleep. Delicious coffee & tea flowing all day & night, as well as a vast variety of breakfast choices each day. Despite being busy at times, it was always quiet inside the room. Great vibes here overall."

"Staff was amazingly nice and attentive. The only issue i would say would be that they may need to add more water heaters as the water didn't get hot enough when the hotel had a lot of bookings. But the moment that there wasn't too filled yhe water did get hot."
