"Very clean and nice inside. Outside a few too many cigarette butts strewn around. No black tea available for breakfast. All else okay. "

"Hoyel is good but the terrible thing is the bugs. So Bugs many bugs are in the room # 2005.. i left this hotel one day before my stay although i already paid 7 nights butvi left the hotel in 6 nights becausevof bugs, i took the pics of bugs and shows to the front desk officer too.. otherwise everything was perfect.."

"Two night stay to avoid storms in STL. Hotel was clean and quiet. Close to O’Hare and plenty of food options to walk or drive to. Target nearby as well for last minute trip essentials. Best sleep I have had in a long time. Liquid hand soap (I hate those little bars!) Would definitely stay again if traveling out of O’Hare."

"I love the area! Very walkable to the casino. Quiet and clean room. I didn't like the hotel charge of 22 $ to park in a Chicago suburb. Hotel guests should be exempt. It adds an unexpected cost to the hotel price. There is also no water provided for the guests in the room.The front desk did provide a quiet room on the top floor and that was very nice. "

"Nice stay for my business trip. Things are broken in the room and it's definitely dated. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable. Also, there was a shuttle from the airport which was a plus. "

"I would give this hotel 5 stars except for the parking. We took the last available spot and I really wanted to drive around the area at night to see the Christmas lights but we were almost sure to lose our parking spot so we had to give up our plans. I really wish we could have done that. They should have enough parking for their guests. "
