"Great hotel for family to use as home base for land based Galapagos visit. The rooms are very clean and modern - comfortable beds and cleaning service each day. Breakfast is provided and made fresh everyday which is nice if you are heading out on your. Pool area is very well maintained and a nice amenity from the heat of the islands! "The royal palm is in a beautiful setting!! The staff makes you feel like you are at home. Jesus, Gustavo, Annelise(spelling), and Diego. Also all the other staff members. The property needs some TLC."

Lovely bathrobes, slippers, small chocolates left by the maid. 24 hr access to coffee/ cold filtered water and small snacks. Staff even carry your luggage up to your room. "Nice and cozy place to stay. Close to the main avenue and the Charles Darwin Foundation. Staff was very nice and helpful too. Breakfast was ok, we liked the fresh fruit😋 Had to change rooms because the shower was not working properly."

"Lourdes and her husband made us feel immediately at home. Location is within easy (< 5 min) walk to nearby restaurants and the port. Lourdes arranged for taxis to and from Capitan Max, plus excursions. It's like concierge service. The room was comfortable, cool and large. Excellent plumbing. Healthy breakfast buffet with eggs and fruit served early and consistently. All this at a reasonable price. It's a no brainer."

Después de disfrutar de Puerto Aoya en las Galápagos, se puede entrar en contacto con la vida de los lugareños en el restaurante y supermercado Bellavista. El hotel se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y relajante. Para llegar a Puerto Aoya, recomendamos alquilar una bicicleta y coger el autobús de vuelta al túnel por 50¢. El personal es amable."
