"Great hostel experience with location right on the beach. All of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for watching sunrises, getting to el yunque, exploring Fajardo and quickly accessing the vieques ferry and escaping the hoards in OSJ. It is a hostel… so bathrooms are shared and noise is expected in communal areas but even when crowded this was minimal. Easy to walk to great restaurants (strongly suggest CFood in LaPared containers…a 10min walk) and home safely"

"Joaquín is one of the most personable hosts I've met and so gracious to share this oasis with travelers. Located just a few minutes from a small town with plenty of dining options, you get the feeling you're part of the rainforest while being treated to views of San Juan and the ocean. The property is LUSH so if nature is your thing you will love it! I found it through a birding group and was not disappointed in the amount and variety of birds I saw there. "We stayed for 4 nights here and overall the stay was pleasant. The hosts were communicative and gave very clear instructions on check-in/check-out. The apartment had 2 bedrooms 2 baths and came with a washer/ dryer which was a huge plus. It is a quiet neighborhood. Everything was functional. They left books for reading, card games, plenty of towels and toiletries. My one and only complaint was there were ants in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms.
