"Clean, which is the most important factor. Very nice staff which is the second most important factor. I wish they had a breakfast take away option for early risers. I stay here regularly (about twice a month for work) and have to be out early, a fluffing for the road would be nice"

"Staff was extremely accommodating to our needs prior to and upon arrival while traveling with an elderly family member with needs. ADA accommodations were provided. Staff was extremely friendly even when I called the front desk within 30 minutes of arrival as my father accidentally flooded the bathroom and entryway while showering. The professionalism and service continued throughout our stay. We would definitely return and recommend this facility."

"The shower head was facing somewhat towards the wall. So you had to stand next to wall to shower.. toilet doesn’t flush good. Had to hold handle down the whole time for it to flush "

"Front desk is pro. and courteous. Room is clean and spacious. Many chain restaurants, Target etc are within 5-10min drive. So, nothing to complain. Thus 5 stars and will stay again."

"Breakfast choices were excellent, far better than other Fairfields we've stayed at. Wonderful room with cool view. The only complaint was the large group of drunk people drinking in the lobby on Saturday night (Nov 16th), could hear them all the way up to our room on 4th floor. However, we still highly recommend this hotel."
