"Good Hotel. Room Clean. Only problem was they put us on far end of hotel to be on ground floor. But had small stairs to go up. This end of hotel needed cleaning up, especially at entrance. Hallway had terrible ordor. But once in room, it was very clean."

"This was a great place to stay. I can imagine that in the summer, folks who want to get on the river or sit around the fire pit would be so happy. We stayed when it snowed hard so we didn't do any outdoor activities. The owner was amazing. She attentive and responsive. The only issue we had was with the dogs in the neighborhood. There is a sign when one pulls onto the road that there are a bunch of dogs who live there, which isn't a problem if one isn't allergic to dogs. What we didn't expect...

"Our stay was related to fishing the nearby Muskegon River so did not use many of the properties/lake features. great place. very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great. Did not use the lake but the location on the lake looks great. "
