"My room/bathroom was a little dated but clean overall. The staff was polite and attentive. I loved that it was so close to the Mole, and everything else was also very walkable. They provided everything for a comfortable stay, and no issues at all with their services. However, the lock to my door drove me crazy. I had to twist the key a certain way in order to get it to lock and unlock. Other than that, a good stay overall."

"The Aircon wasn't working so had to leave balcony door open at night and mosquitos came in. The shower needed attention but the water was hot. Overall a pleasant hotel, staff and surroundings. Bed was comfortable, room small but adequate, towels changed daily, 24 hour reception handy, small balcony with table and chairs convenient "

"Perfect for my one night trip to Turin, in a great area for transport (trains, trams and buses) as well as walkable to key areas in the city if needed. Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected. "

"Laura at the reception was extremely friendly, informative and professional. Also, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever been to - including the bathroom. Bright and clean! Really great. I decided to walk to the airport. It took 30 min and the walk was pleasent besides some 100 meters that were on a road with quite a bit of traffic. "

Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)! "Convenient for the train station. Concierge was a lovely, elderly gentleman with a passion for meeting people; very helpful indeed. Rooms were a bit spartan and a problem with a flooding sink but the bed was very comfortable and a good, night’s sleep before a long journey ahead was very welcome."
