"Check in was quick and easy. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the property is gorgeous. Quaint and old Florida at its finest!"

"Stayed 1 night on way.so south Florida. Usually stay in Daytona but because of bike week couldn't find a room. This was only 25 minutes west and was a good clean afforable find. "

"Motel served it's purpose but that was about it. Beds were hard as rocks, may as well have slept on the floor. Found rat droppings under the beds. Had window AC that barely cooled the 300 sq ft room. Only opted to book due to how close in proximity to De Leon springs to be close enough to make it to the springs before capacity was hit on the 4th of July. If your looking for a comfy likely cleaner stay, this isn't it. "

"Great location on water, the hostess was great to deal with, and the owner is a great guy. I talked to both he and the hostess several times over the course of several weeks and they were both outstanding to work with. "

"This house was just as pictured. We had great communication with the owner, there was a great stocked kitchen. Tons of things to do, fishing, relaxing, movies in the theater room. Dollar general close for forgotten items. A great weekend was had by all. Will for sure visit again."
