"The hotel was really clean and easy to find . Staff was always available and helpful . The rooms echo a bit but are relatively quiet . The hot water didn’t always work but when it did it was nice and hot . Great stay for a great price ! There was always food available within a block of the property . Felt really safe to walk around the neighborhood as well . "

"The property is an 'hourly, adult-only' hotel. It is Ok for solo traveller like myself. The property is old and not well kept but is one of the cheapest accomodations I could find. The property is kept to the best possible standards by the staff who are very engaged and polite. Antonio and Valentina are the names of the staff who try to accommodate your needs but the hotel is in a normal, poorer part of the city and dining options around are limited but available. "I had an amazing stay! I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the property and we had a fantastic view from the window. It also felt very safe (coming from two female travellers) as there was always a security guard at the front desk. We will definitely be back!"

"There is only one smallish elevator shared by the building but this never became an issue. I really liked the rooftop here. They had power outlets to be able to work from the roof, while soaking in a little sun. The laundry access was so helpful, and they had free detergent during my stay. I also felt very safe in this neighborhood. The location was quite good for me, as it was a short walk to the beautiful Lincoln Park and all the restaurants Polanco has to offer. Would easily stay here...
