" Check in was a problem. Arrived at 1:30PM (check in is at 3:00PM). Was assured the room would be ready at 3:00PM. Came back at around 4:30PM and the room still had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Finally, was able to access the room around 5:30PM - very disappointing. On the first night, the occupants of the next door room were very loud and had to complaint to the front desk - it was then resolved. Other than those two issues, the stay was fine - consistent with previous stays...

"The room smelled old and musty. I could not change the temperature and it was too hot. The bathroom night lights did not work. The usb plugs did not work. "

I used to pick this spot when coming for live music shows but had a bad experience 7 years ago and had been choosing other places.
