"We love staying at this hotel the staff is really friendly as specially the lady that checked up in on Thursday she was really welcoming and she even made our dog coco feel welcoming. The room need a bit of a paint but if you want a hotel to relax in this is the place we have been 8 times and defo going again"

"1 night business stay. The property is an older property with creaky floorboards and a few stairs internally between various levels. The room was nicely presented and the bathroom had a large walk in shower, everything was very clean and comfortable. There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room and TV on the wall. "we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."
