"The whole experience was smooth sailing and lovely- especially what we needed after a holiday. My partner and I arrived at about 12pm after our holiday and was greeted by Mark who checked us in. His customer service was brilliant and he put a smile on our faces! The room was lovely and clean and was very impressed with the layout, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was good too. The only downside was that we in a room underneath the reception/diner room so it was a bit noisy when we tried to sleep but I understand it’s a bit of an impossible situation. Thank you!!"

"This Hotel was at Luton airport, Breakfast/room/staff were profesional and polished, will stay here again for sure, easy to get to airport in the morning bus stop right out side takes you to easy jet terminal"

"Great stay in this modern hotel. Spacious, quirky reception/communal area. Complimentary cocktail on arrival. Family room was large with a double sofa bed in a separate area. Lots of sockets and lighting options. Towels were very fluffy and soft and toiletries smelt good. Beds comfy with plenty of pillows. Good location with easy cheap parking nearby which worked out better value for one night than the hotel carpark. "

"I can highly recommend this hotel. Check in was quick, friendly and straightforward. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fairly standard for this type of hotel. The only small negative was that the air conditioning was too noisy to be left on during the night."
